• Invoices payable within 30 days of issuance.
• Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Life-Sciences Solutions: We strive for scientific accuracy and compliance; however, all research carries inherent risks. We make no warranties regarding outcomes.

Digital Marketing Services: While we employ best practices, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or ROI, as results depend on multiple external factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if advised of such possibility.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
