Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refunds are available only for recurring Digital Marketing subscription plans cancelled within the first 7 days of the billing period, provided no deliverables (reports, ad spend) have been utilised. Life-Sciences project fees are non-refundable once R&D or on-boarding work has commenced.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@lifesheaa.com with subject “Refund Request.”
  2. Include your account details, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Our team will acknowledge within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
  4. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Partial Refunds & Chargebacks

For mid-cycle cancellations of monthly marketing plans, we calculate prorated refunds based on unused days. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may incur administrative fees of up to 10% of the disputed amount.

5. Policy Updates

We may modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance.
